    Providing professional, reliable, and detail-oriented notary support—available through convenient mobile visits across the Seattle area or via secure Remote Online Notarization.

    Services include:

    Standard Notarization | $15.00—Per notarized signature (Washington State Statutory Limit).

    Remote Online Notarization (RON) | $25.00—Per notarized signature via DocuSign.

    I-9 Employment Verification | $50.00—Flat fee for acting as an Authorized Representative for remote hires.

    Travel Fee: Local | $40.00—Flat rate for mobile visits within Burien, SeaTac, and Tukwila.

    Travel Fee: Greater Seattle | $60.00+—Mobile visits to Seattle hubs (First Hill, Downtown, Ballard).

    After-Hours / Weekend | $25.00—Premium added for signings scheduled outside 9 AM – 5 PM.
